Katherine Frazier
Senior Managing Director
As a founder of N2M, Katherine leads the firm’s Operations and Marketing practice. A veteran of the technology sector with over three decades of experience, she also serves as a Managing Director with N2M Capital Advisors, an award-winning boutique investment bank and N2M affiliate. Katherine has spent thirty years guiding enterprises through critical growth milestones, from market expansion and innovation to high-stakes Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and complex Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
Paul Laverty
Senior Managing Director
Paul has over thirty years of global and domestic financial, information technology, administrative and project management experience, and is a Certified CPA. Paul previously held executive positions with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for twenty five years, where he led the global Oracle, PeopleSoft and NetSuite practices.
